None of those are correct since fish ARE meat. Instead of trying to use a neologism that seems to have been created by the meat industry, use the term that Romans used over 2000 years ago to describe the practice of only eating sea animals. Pescetarian is more or less a made up word. It isn't any type of vegetarian anyway. One that eats both animal and plant foods is an omnivore.

I say flexitarian because it's a lot easier than saying "This person eats no meat except for fish."
