I really need to know if the pain I am having is my heart. It sure feels like it's my heart. The pressure I feel is literally on my left breast, sort of in the nipple area. I usually get the pain after eating and I have tried to believe it is just heartburn, but is it really heartburn, GERD, like I have been told it is? The pressure seems to slowly go away as I burp and release gas. But it's real funny, because at times when the pain hits sharp, I apply menthol pomade and it goes away. The pressure seems to also radiate a nerve-feeling to my left arm, and goes away after I crack my shoulder or something. So is it heartburn? A pulled muscle? Joint? It's on my upper left side, right where my breast is. It can't be breast cancer, 'cause the pressure feels like an inflammation, watery, cartilage feeling. It sometimes goes to my back too. What is this? So many people have asked about this, but was hoping to hear more.

I used to have such pain and stuffiness,, worried about the heart too!! however you are experencing gastro or stomach problems,, not heart!! the heart is right in the middle of the chest not the left side,, actually the top part of your stomach is on the left side behind the breast area!! ask your doctor,, you may just have reflux problems or an ulcer etc....as always its best to ask him than to rely on any answers here!! I can only say what I had,, you need medical advice, treatment etc that can only be supplied by a doctor,,,

What you are describing could be anything from your muscles fusing together from bad or lack of movement, a pulled muscle from too much use, stomach problems, heart problems, etc.

There are too many things in that area for a diagnosis over the net. Go see a doctor.

You should not be on yahoo answers looking for help. You should be at the doctors. We do not know your health history, age, weight, dietary habits, meds etc. Only your physician knows that. And don't edit your question and add any of the stuff I mentioned. Get to the doctor or ER now!!!

pay the doctor or die,
Else pay the doctor and Die.
Choice is yours.
But never the less be safe and ask them for an opinion, even if they are lying, or only just guessing. Try going to three doctors then calculate an average to find out what ails you.
