Personally, I just drink water, coffee, and green tea (all unsweetened). But, that's not what you asked, so here are some ideas that I found:

For a quick nutritious meal I blend 1 cup skim milk, 2 tablespoons bran, serving of fruit, 1 teaspoon vanilla and artificial sweetener in a blender. Add a couple of ice cubes if you like it colder. A great drink if you are on the go.

I have a machine from bed and bath that makes frozen yogurt or ice cream. I just put non fat plain yogurt and berries and splenda or honey. or use ice cube trays and nonfat yogurt and berries and 1/2 cup oj and sweetner (small amt) freeze. This way u can pop out a cube or two for a treat. Kids love it.
