I want to make sure that in fasting what is should be the reading and after having glucose (after 2 hour) what reading tells you that you dont have Diabetes??

the normal glucose range is between 80 and 120. unfortunately just 1 or 2 readings cannot determine whether or not you have diabetes. you should monitor before meal and 2 hrs after for a prolonged period of time plus your doctor should order a fasting bloodwork to determine whether or not you are diabetic.
