I have a recipe for "spinach roll-ups" (which is really more like lasagna). You mix an egg, shredded mozzerala, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese and spinach together until creamy. Then you spread it on a cooked lasagna noodle and roll it up. Place seam side in a casserole and top with your favorite maranara sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. You can top with extra cheese if you like. It's really easy but everyone thinks you slaved over it! (Sorry I don't have measurments - I always just eyeball it). Tip: Don't overstuff your noodle.

if a so called recipe calls for something you don't want in it just substitute instead of poultry or beef stock you can use either mushroom stock or veggy stock or stock made from kelp ( seaweed)

It is determined by the fruit or veg associated with a comparison. In the event that you compare a n to a carrot, the carrot is the better of the two nutritional. When you compare an avocado to the carrot, then an avocado is better. Both equally the apple and avocado, are fruits.
