there is a company that manufacture toothbrushes out of recycled plastics called Preserve. after u use their toothbrush u can mail them back the toothbrush back and they will recycle them to make park benchese out of them.

Tooth brushes are made with plastics that can be melted and reformed into other products. As for toothpastes, if you can't freecycle the contact your city's Environmental Services Department or hazardous waste for local disposal methods.

That's such a small part of the problem that it's hardly worth talking about. Think about higher-volume items, or items that are disposed of on a 'one use' basis.
