Give them time. The indictment just came down yesterday. He will get suspended soon. Federal Grand Juries do not hand down indictments over flimsy evidence, especially in a high profile case. Vick claims that it was "relatives who took advantage of his generosity" who used his farm for the breeding, training and fighting. Sorry, but Vick is no farmer, and he bought that place for one specific purpose. The evidence they have, including specific dates over the past 5 - 6 years, is overwhelming! He will plea bargain this out, but he will get suspended or banned. Besides, the Falcons were already considering moving him out of the QB role. They can't win with him as a QB.

I'm angry that he'll probably only get a year and a half in prison. He deserves cold hard time. I'm talking at least thirty or forty years. He should be put in general public so the other inmates can tear him apart limb by limb. Vick's football career is pretty much over though. No owner is going to hire some violent mentally-ill lowlife. If one does, the fans will stop attending the games. I hope that he never comes back to play.

Yes it's great... but the NFL has a habit of allowing players back when things cool down... The word that is troubling is "indefinite." That means that he will not be banned for life.

YES. I think he should train for a position on the fighting pit bull team. Put him in with a pack of fighting dogs and let them rip his balls off.

It makes me happy, too - but it's not enough. He needs to experience physical pain, similar to the pain that he inflicted on these poor animals.

They should tie him to a tree naked and let a bear eat his gentles off.
