I presume you mean Aspartame?!
Asparatame is linked to a whole host of health problems, such as Brain tumors, Arthritis, Multiple sclerosis, Epilepsy, Chronic faigue syndrome, Parkinson's Disease, Alzheimer's Disease, Mental retardation, Lymphoma, Birth defects, Fibromyalgia, Diabetes, Thyroid Disorders and damage to Eye Sight, possibly leading to blindness.
Check all labels because I have noticed they also put it in non-diet soda.

Too much of anything is bad for you. Even real sugar. Fake sugars contain chemicals that destroy your liver, kidneys and colon. A certain amount of real sugars are good for you. You can get them from eating fresh organic fruits and vegetables.

it depends on which one you use
equal = they say can cause blindness and memory problems
sweet & low they say can cause cancer
splendia is bad for you also
