Are they on your tonsils? Perhaps you are referring to tonsil crypts, or tonsil stones. They are harmless, but very smelly, little white nodules that form in some people whose tonsils have deep crypts in them. They are not infections, and are harmless, though maybe irritating. Most of the time they just fall out after a while.

Who told you you have calcium deposits in your larynx? In all the 20 years i worked in ENT with voice patients, I never heard of this. Nodules from voice abuse, yes, but not calcium deposits.

little white clumps in the back of your throat? i get them all the time, and my dr said its no big deal..
