Firstly, are you sleeping 8 hours each night? I know this sounds silly, but sometimes the most obvious thing IS the answer.
If you are, and your exhaustion and blood tests are still normal, I'd ask about your stress level. If you are generally happy and don't think stress is a factor, I'd want to know about exercise.
If we don't use our bodies enough, a sedentary lifestyle can shift us into a really low gear, giving us a scant amount of energy. This feels awful, and the fix is exercise, which of course is the last thing we feel capable of doing.
If you think there's something going on in your digestive system, and it looks like you are considering that, you might try eliminating wheat from your diet for a week. There's a movement in the health community that is enthusiastically kicking wheat, and sometimes other grains, out of the pantry. Some swear it makes them feel a zillion times more energetic, joints stop aching, allergies abate, and they get rid of chronic runs (sorry, had to be said).
Another option if you're considering digestive problems, is to use a cleansing system, which one would buy at a health food store. They contain herbal supplements to detox your body while you eat certain foods and avoid others for a week- there are lots of people who swear by these.
Best of luck, and don't underestimate the power of lack of sleep- it adds up over time and may be the root.
Cheers!

Prozac, like all the SSRI anti depressants, can make you feel tired and fatigued when you first start taking them - it's a recognized side effect. Hopefully, it will wear off, and you will then benefit from the more stimulating aspect of Prozac. Prozac can take up to six weeks to start working properly. If after a few weeks you are still sleepy, tell your doctor and INSIST he discusses it properly with you. And if as you say you really don't want to be on Prozac, then that's your right - it's your body! Do remember that you must not just stop taking it suddenly though; talk to your doctor or therapist about decreasing the dose over a couple of weeks. Stopping it abruptly can make you feel far worse.
