You really should see a doctor right away. If you are light headed, eyes hurting, or cramping in your legs; all these are serious signs.

I just came on here a few days ago about my sugar level (290). I started right away cutting out all the breads and carbs. I even started walking/running and my number is 174. That's only after 4 days.

So go to the doctor and start a fitness plan for yourself. Walking will do the trick, but run if you can.

GOOD LUCK!!!

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Are you on insulin and a sliding scale? Or any other meds for blood sugar? Did you just eat a lot of carbs? there is a lot of reason for it , 525 is way to high see a doctor and have yr A1c checked.

If your blood sugar really is that high, go to an ER or call an ambulance. Sounds like the machine you use to measure your blood sugar might be off but if not you need to go to a dr NOW to get some insulin.

RIGHT NOW.

Get your butt to an ER...go NOW...do NOT wait. This is serious. Call 911 or have someone drive you.

You are probably in DKA by now and this needs to be treated ASAP.

Pretty damn fast - over 250 is not good and over 400 is dangerous.
