Only if their blood, got into a pimple that was bleeding, other than that probably not... If you are very very woried about it, and you are sexually active go get tested you need to know anyways for your partners protection.

Even if the pimple was bleeding, and he was bleeding onto the pimple, the risk is still very very small.

If it wasn't bleeding, there's no risk.
