Mitrazapine is an anti-depressant and anti-depressants can affect mood, hence cause fatigue. It may take up to 4 weeks for this particular side effect to pass. However, your doctor should be made aware that you are experiencing this effect. Have you talked to your doctor about working your way up to taking the medication earlier in the day so that you don't feel the effects in the morning?

Also, if you have been on this more than 4 weeks and are still experiencing this, you definitely need to let him know. He might want to switch your medication.

If you need to know all the side effect, please let me know and I'd be happy to give them to you. Your question seemed mostly focused on the hung over fatigue effect though. Please make your doctor aware.
