It can if the STD has been left untreated for a while.
Chlamydia, as well as gonorrhea and syphilis, can cause infertility and cause a person to become sterile if not treated in time.
In women, an untreated chlamydia infection can spread into the uterus or fallopian tubes and cause pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). This happens in up to 40 percent of women with untreated chlamydia. PID can cause permanent damage to the fallopian tubes, uterus, and surrounding tissues. The damage can lead to chronic pelvic pain, infertility, and potentially fatal ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy outside the uterus). Women infected with chlamydia are up to five times more likely to become infected with HIV, if exposed.

Yes. If a man or a woman has an untreated STD long enough, it can destroy or damage his or her fertility. In women, this is usually because it leads to pelvic inflammatory disease. In men, among other things, the infection can cause Epididymitis which blocks sperm transport- sometimes permanently.

No it doesn't prevent you from getting pregant, but it can lead to PID and scarring of the tubes, which can lead to tubal pregancy.
