Yes.

Genital herpes can be spread whether the person is having an outbreak or not. They can be "shedding" the virus, even if they are showing no physical symptoms.

I have had genital herpes for 6+ years. My fiance (boyfriend at the time) contracted the virus from me in the beginning of our relationship. I had been outbreak free for over 2 years and he still contacted the virus from me! So, it's definitely possible!

Yes, it can be. It is definitely contagious when there are symptoms and can also be contagious at any time when there are NOT symptoms, though that is less likely. It doesn't matter if it is beyond the first year or not. Symptoms may be less severe and less frequent after the first year for many people, but they can still shed the virus at any time and not know it.

I got clinically diagnosed with the herpes simplex virus (type 2) about six years ago, when I was still attending college and had a stupid one-night stand. I just made a massive mistake that one time and suddenly I felt like I was going to have to live with the consequences for the rest of my life. The worst part was feeling I could never date guys again. In the end, who wants to go out with someone that has sores around her you-know-what? But since a friend shared this video everything changed https://tr.im/curesherpes2015gdJK

Not only was I able to clear away all traces of the hsv from my body in less than 21 days, but I was also able to begin dating once more. I even met the man of my dreams. This method provided me the opportunity to be happy and experience real love. Now I want to enable you too by sharing this with the whole World.

Yes, but only for a very small percentage of the time, maybe just the equivalent of one - two days a month when there are no symptoms. The problem is that you can't tell when that day is because you don't have symptoms. Condoms are estimated to reduce the risk of transmission by about 50% from a man to a woman.

My boyfriend had oral herpes, I didn't. I caught herpes through oral sex. We had been having a sexual relationship for 7 years before I caught his herpes, just by avoiding symptoms.

YES! Genital herpes can be spread even when you not in the middle of an outbreak and no symptoms are present. If you have the virus you can spread it.

Yes, it is for the rest of the life of the owner of such a virus.
And you can pass it on even when you don't have a flare up.
There are newer drugs you can use to minimize this, but see a doctor and learn the facts.

Yes and you can pass the virus on to anyone you have sexual contact with even without having an outbreak as well, a condom doesn't help to not spead the virus.
so do the smart thing and tell anyone you are sexually involved with that you have the virus before you have any sexual activity so it is their choice of whether or not they want to take the risk of contracting the virus.
