I think it's Annie that makes vegan soups. Check your local healthfood store or organic section of your market.

My smoothie recipe:
2 cups soymilk
1 banana
spoonful of peanut butter (optional)
Blend
Add frozen fruit of your choice and blend until it's the consistency you like. You may have to stop and stir occasionally (sometimes I put too much fruit in too fast).
This makes a big smoothie, so cut in 1/2 if you want.

As far as I can tell, Jell-o bran pudding mix is okay. (not the fat free kind.) Just use half the soymilk as you would cowmilk. It's not exactly the same texture as it originally would be, but is still yummy!

Plus oatmeal and cream of wheat are nice and soft. And we can't forget Soy ice cream!

You can have applesauce. ZenSoy makes vegan puddings (that your local Whole Foods or natural food store should carry). Can you have soup? The vegetables usually turn fairly soft in soups, and that would be very nutritious.

www.vegweb.com should have some smoothie recipes.

Get well soon!

Try a smoothie! Make it with soy milk, fruit, honey and ice. Or try chocolate soy milk blended with peanut butter and banana. Soy ice cream is delicous too! Also you could have veggie soup or oatmeal with syrup and brown sugar.
