ok first of all, whitesnowmonkey....where did you hear that being hungry is a symptom of diabetes? thats wrong its not, most people lose their appetitie because with high blood sugars your stomach gets upset and the higher you are the worse it gets. It sounds like you have several of the symptoms...so i would have your mom take you in and get checked. But know that its not from eating sugary foods. eating sugary foods doesnt cause diabetes, if you have it, its most likely type 1, which is an auto-immune disease...there is nothing you could have done to prevent it, and its not the end of your life. Dont worry about that, things will be fine. jsut get into the Dr. and get checked as soon as possible, the longer you wait the worse you will get and feel.

Listen to me. I am an intern in Song Resident Hospital. Going to be a doctor in 3 monthes. Ok, having stamoch pains and throwing up is a definite and obvious symptoms of early pregnancy. But in this case, you told us specifically that you are not having sex. So this isn't the case. The main symptoms of diabetes are excessive thirst constantly, have to use the bathroom every hour, and crave for hunger. Seems like you meet some of the requirements to be diabetic but i wouldn't know for sure with those explanation. If you have a family history of diabetes, then it is more likely that you will catch on to it so have your doctor check it out or buy the monitor from walmart to test if you are caught diabetes. you are looking for a number higher than 90. Please feel free to contact me at boyamerica92@yahoo.com

Eating fruit does not cause diabetes!!!

Anyone diagnosis of whats wrong with you from your symptoms over the Internet is not giving you good advise. You problems need the examination of a doctor. Only a visit to a doctor can determine whats going on. Your symptoms are enough justification for the cost of a doctor visit. If the cost is a concern you will save by seeing a doctor directly instead of going to an emergency room. But I wouldn't put it off. Most doctors will squeeze you in if you explain the problem.

Eating watermelon and fruit doesn't cause diabetes, the sugar in them can aggravate the disease by helping the blood sugar elevate if you are diabetic. With those symptoms, it could be a lot of things. Go to the doctor and have yourself tested. That is they only way you are going to find out. Good luck.

eating fruit is healthy and would not cause you to become diabetic, but it does sound like you have some of the symptoms. If you are really worried ask your mom to take you to the doctor, and tell your doctor what's been goin on. they will most likely test you blood sugar, and maybe do other blood tests to find out if it might be something else.

Do you have excessive urination? That is also a symptom of diabetes. I don't know if stomach pains are associated with diabetes. Have your mom take you to the doctor for testing. Whatever it is, your to young to have to suffer. I hope everything turns out okay for you.

You maybe. But you may also be anemic. Either way, you need to be seen by your doctor ASAP. Both conditions left untreated is risky.
