4 to 7mmol/l before meals.
less than 10mmol/l 90 minutes after a meal
around 8mmol/l at bedtime.

Normal Values : Levels up to 70 - 100 mg/dL are considered normal.

Each lab differs around the country on what is normal. Our lab said 60 to 110. Some labs says 70 to 120. As long as you are in between those numbers, you are okay.

a non-diabetic should be between 60-120 fasting..i say 60 because some people run that low normally. they can go up to 150 after a meal depending on what was eaten. A diabetic person should try to hold their numbers to about the same.

however they can range from 80-180 and be just fine. that was my starting range.
