The source of evil is disobedience of God's commandment,which is basically talked about love.If we can love one another as ourselves we would want to do the right things all the time.

Devil, he was one of God's angel but was casted out of heaven because he thought he was as good as or better than God(arrogant). The Devil is amongst us and is pure evil. However, God will show his wrath on the devil one day. It's sad how God gets blamed for sinful and evil things, these things are not of God.

Well from that I guess the answer is, a human being. Then from that, their mother. So!
The mother of a person who imagines a god then believes he exists. Done!
