A friend was arrested and I am trying to obtain a copy of his search warrant, how do I do this?

Any government agency (federal all the way down to local) may obtain a search warrant. The scope of the warrant is generally written into it, and determined by the Judge who authorized it. If the judge agrees it's necessary to the case, anything may be subject to both search and seizure.

His attorney can get a copy. He can get a copy.

You might be able to get a copy from one of them, with your friend's permission.
