my mind always kept in adult things i wantto keep it aside but i can't what should i do?

We "grow up" too fast in the USA now days. We need to remember our childhood, its freedoms, hopes and the joy of discovery and play. There is no greater joy than in the anticipation and discovery of something new each day. Try relaxing and remembering some incidents when you were thrilled by discovering a new vista or idea and then set out to find and enjoy other new vistas and ideas. There are an infinite number of them.
