If computers became self-aware, would Christians share the gospel with them, too?

They already have "shared the gospel" with them. Haven't you seen all the on-line Bible sites?

But I'm sure almost all Christians would agree that even a self-aware computer could not have a soul, since it was created by man and not God.

There wouldn't be any need to. All the computer would need for eternal life would be to transfer its memory to a new "body", have its parts replaced, etc. to be eternally alive. If they become self-aware, they'll probably do that themselves.
No need for the religion thing. Then, like in the sci-fi movies, they'll be telling us that we're unnecessary.
That's an interesting thought. If humans achieve the ability to extend their own lives indefinitely, what'll be the result for religion?

If they become self-aware, they'll readby themselves all the drivel thats posted on this forum, so our sharing anything with them is useless.

am pretty sure if they ever became self-aware, there's bound to be some that would still argue that they had no Creator...that they come from silicon and every computer knows that there is an abundance of silicone on the beaches of the ocean from where they came from.

No, computers are created by man, and to think that something that we created could be saved and sent to heaven is to imply that man is equal to god.
