down both legs and arms,,right up my spine and even in my feet..I pulled out my back a few days ago but why the achy everywhere?

the spine is the control center for all of your nerves, so that is why you are experiencing pain everywhere. I recommend you see a chiropractor as soon as possible for help. I've enclosed a link where you can find a qualified chiropractor in your area.

Hey Blue, I had a full Sciatic attack once that felt a lot like that. I had to go to the emergency room and get Demerol and codeine. I went out so fast I didn't know what hit me. When I woke up I didn't feel a thing. I would definitely have it check out if I were you. :)
