PegD - there is no vacc against ringworm, it is a fungal infection that is highly contagious to all warm blooded animals. Humans included.

Take the kittens to the vet to see if they have ringworm and then be treated and wash everything the kittens have been in contact with in bleach.
You will also have to be treated.
If the kittens do have ringworm, you may be able to control it but they will always be carriers.
The kittens may not be the guilty party, but you may have introduced into the house yourself.

Either way, it is best to get a correct diagnosis.

Yep.

Fred (cat) gave me a spot last year, I treated it with Monistat 3 (it's got a 4% solution, stronger than the other one) and it took about 6 weeks to clear up on me but only 4 weeks for the fur to grow back in on him.

Keep bandaids over the spots, put the cream on three times a day, and it'll go away.

Yes, have they have their shots? 5 months, they should of had a few by now. If not, then yes, they can have ringworm. You may want to take a stool sample to your vet. He will advise you further on how to get rid of it. For yourself, use polysporin on the rash, it kills all. But get the kittens fixed up, otherwise you will keep getting it.

Yes. Use some Lamisil cream and/or pills for you, for 2 weeks, and consult the vet about the cats.
