I prefer to go to a shopping mall.... I like to see what I'm buying...and at the same time, ask questions to the salesperson.... Just me.....

A Shopping mall would be the right place. As u know theres nothing to beat the real shopping experience. I strongly recommend that u go the showroom and take a couple of shots wiht the camera that will satisfy u.
When u buy it online there are many chances that u get the wrong model, a damaged lens, dislocated lens and many.
Tkae some time off and go to the mall. You may even come across soem better models in reality.
Good luck!

I would rather buy a camcorder from a store like Walmart.
If you buy from a store, then you do not have to pay extra shipping charges.
I did buy my camera from Kodak online a few years ago. I would suggest you looking at them physically from some store and check out what you may or may not like before you buy. If you decide to purchase online, then make sure it is a trusted site and ask questions. Ie... If it doesn't work, can you send it back or take it somewhere close to you, Would there be shipping charges to send it back to be fixed? That sort of thing.
I bought my boyfriend a camera in May from Kodak and if it breaks down, I can take it somewhere nearby and it would be covered as long as I have the purchase order.

First of all, there's shopping and then they're buying. For a digital camera, I actually use a camera/photography magazine to get most of the information for my decision. When it comes down to buying, if I am in a hurry I'll buy it in a store, but if I have time I'll save money by buying it off the internet.

Shopping Mall because you would manage to talk with the sales person face to face and he can give you something of quality. I dont know i just dont trust online shopping with big items such as cameras/laptops. These things you must take them when you are there and take the guarentee with you or else they might ship you something from the not-so-good products.

Short story I bought 1 on-line it came with no instructions and had millions of things I need to do with it to tape my first grandchild being born because daddy is away, needless to say had to go directley out and buy new one , because we are on borrowed time now, Best Wishes with what ever U buy. Had to ad this I have bought some alright cameras but nothing compares to getting the feel and use of one on hand, or atleast go try out ones at store than order online .
