At 5'7" and 125 pounds, your body mass index (BMI) is 19.6, and normal is 18.5 - 24.9. Anything less than 18.5 is anorexic. Even for a model, a BMI of 19.6 is getting too thin. Instead of focusing on losing weight, to improve your appearance you should shape your body by doing toning up exercises - with weights, Pilates, etc. And I agree - there is no such thing as quick and healthy. Weight lost quickly will return eventually. Especially if you have very little to lose. Those with very little to lose shouldn't lose more than 2 pounds a MONTH!

Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

There is no way to lose weight healthy AND quick. To lose weight in a healthy way, you need to do it gradually (no more than 2 pounds a week).
