That's what makes NASCAR so intresting.Of all the drivers the light hearted jabs about them are good for a laught.I take no offense to it as everyone has their own opinion.
I like Tony Stewart and Denny Hamlin, and I read some things some people write about them and can see that the writters are fans of other drivers. But everybody interpets things different and I am no different I have a couple of drivers I bash, but will be the first to say their driving talent is tops it is just their teams or politics involved with their teams the reason I don't like them.
Why heyyell I am not a Kyle Busch fan and don't care if he even sees victory lane ,but he is coming to Joe Gibbs Racing so I can't bash him,as much.
so have fun but don't take it serious.
GO JOE GIBBS RACING.

Don't really care.

Most people in this forum type Q and A don't have a clue to what they are saying to begin with. I'm sure when school starts back up it will get a little better. At least part of the day. They really don't know about drivers any way it's a star thing to them.

I try to deal with what the truth is. I was a Dale Sr. fan to the end and when someone would bash him for his aggressive driving doing the bump and run or rattle the cage well , they are right but I still loved the guy.

It's all in how they do it. Everyone has a right to state their opinion. There are some people that force their opinions on people just for the purpose of making other forum users mad. That is the wrong way to do it. A person should choose his words carefully if he is going to say things negative about anything. Criticism is one thing - bashing is another. While criticism often brings up very good points - bashing creates a negative atmosphere. There are people here that are not fans of the people that they talk about and are constantly looking up information to try and discredit other people's drivers. I know a Kurt Busch fan that way. After reading that person's posts it is clear they don't have much to talk about in their driver. Not saying that all Kurt Busch fans are that way but this one particular person is that way. By the way congratulations to the Busch fans for their victory this weekend.

I've been a Tony Stewart fan a long time, and a semi-student of Nascar so it's become sort of second nature to listen to the bashers and laugh it off. At the same time, I'm able to cut them to the quick pretty good with a few well placed quips about their own driver.
Not pretty, but it gets the job done, and hey, I feel better.

I think nothing of it, and think the person who gets all enflamed about a driver that way is, well, not worthy of getting me riled. I understand why people have favourites, always, but it doesn't mean one or the other is wrong. If there was a perfect reason why one driver should be everyone's favourite, then we would all love just one driver; how boring would that be?

It use to bother me a lot, but then i see who is doing the bashing, I know its not a Nascar Fan and therefore has no idea what they are talking about! The Bashers just do it to get us True Nascar Fans upset, so i try and do the opposite and just LAUGH about it!!!!

Go RCR!!!
Go Jeff Burton!!!

A little playful ribbing is in good fun, some people take it too far which can get annoying. I joke on Gordon and the Busch brothers alot, but I know they are good guys and good drivers. Its funny to see the fans react to busting on em though :)

The guys that get on my nerves are the ones who go out of their way to be di**heads
