And you keep on letting them, even though you don't like it, what should you do?

[HELL! okay, nothing like THAT had happened to me, I was just wondering because one of my friend's uncles still molest her, and I want to ask some help for her! Thanks!]

Incest is illegal and yes, it can be reported to the police and the uncle can be charged and may even go to jail but it's often difficult for the person who has been abused to stand up in court and go thru the process of accusing her molester for all the world to hear and see. You didn't mention how old you are or how old this person is. The best bet is to tell a responsible adult - parent, teacher, call a hotline or report the family to Dept of Social and health Services and let them investigate. Does the uncle live in the house with the girl? If not, that's a plus. Obviously he has access to her tho and also obviously the parent(s) either are oblivious to what is going on or don't care and that situation needs to be looked into and taken care of for her sake. She will also need counseling and there are agencies which can provide that for her.

Let me commend you for wanting to help. This is a serious situation and a hard one to deal with but you will be doing your friend a huge favor by stopping this uncle from molesting her! Good luck with this - I hope you can get this taken care of!!

I had my first experience with this when I was 11. I did not feel molested at all, and in fact I enjoyed it. The other person was 25 years old and I actually wanted the encounter. He should not have been found guilty of molestation, because I instigated it myself.

On the other hand, those children who do not want to take part in this should be protected. They need to know that they can come forward and tell their stories. In my case, I enjoyed it as an 11 year old, but I'm sure that it would be rare for others to feel the same way.

Get help, even if she gets mad at you. It's NOT okay, and there is going to be serious long-term issue with this. The longer this occurs, the worse it is. Tell somebody you can trust and help her gain control again. In the long run, she will thank you.

it truly is amazingly conceivable you should flow to penal complex. it might remember on precisely the info of the case, and on the decide and jury. in certainty, you're no longer truly off the hook for penal complex time, except the statute of barriers has expired, on account that what you probably did became attack. The regulation would choose that they punish the guy, no longer you.

Tell someone -- one or both of her parents -- and let them handle it. It's a very serious matter, and not something that either of you should deal with alone.

You should tell any adult that you trust about this, so this man can't harm you friend anymore. Even if she dosen't want you to tell, it is the right thing to do!!!

this is hard as it depends on age you can contact me if you need. If old enough stop contact or if they can't and he is going to be around arrange a friend to be there to you could do that for your friend.

Tell their parents right away and they can file charges against that someone.
If they do it for money, that's another story...
