From admission, mostly does hear, command, music, ringing. A person who is highly spiritual hears voices. Mask them with walk man. why?

depends what you mean by voices
generally we all think in some language, n most of us think with a voice
if its random voices, like feeling people r coming in when theyre not then its an auditory hallucination
