I do believe in demonic possesion and exorcisms because they are mentioned in the bible.
Commanding in the name of Jesus: After Jesus' execution, exorcisms were done in the name of Jesus:
Acts 16:16 described a slave girl who was possessed. Paul exorcised a "spirit of divination" from her. He commanded the spirit to leave "in the name of Jesus."
Acts 19:13 described how some itinerant Jewish exorcists attempted to exorcise a demon saying "In the name of Jesus, whom Paul preaches, I command you to come out." They were unsuccessful, apparently because they were not Christian believers.
Exorcism is dependent upon the victim's faith: In Mark 9:18, Jesus explained to a man that all things are possible, including the exorcism of his son, to those who believe.

Nope - I believe that on occasion, there can be temporary spiritual possession, but that doesn't make it a demon.
I think too many people saw a movie in the 70s and are too ready to attribute a common behavioral change in children and teenagers as demonic possession, because they fear it and can't explain it. Cute little jonny has become raging hormone attitude on a stick jonny- all perfectly normal, but scares the hell out of unprepared parents.
I think too many people are too ready to claim demonic possesion when they don't understand a personality change in someone - they never consider it could be a serious medical problem or a real personal choice to change.
Too many people want the easy answer and not the one that takes thought, insight and possibly pain to understand.

i believe in ghosts...
they are beings too! but in a different dimension! they are ghosts because of there previous live bad deeds
but regarding demonic possesion i don't know much!

No. It's called mental illness.
Some people who have been abused in there lifetime think they have demonic possesion, but it's really mental problems.

Only an idiot would believe that a person can really be possessed by the 'devil' or a 'demon.'
Anyone who thinks they are or were possessed needs to see a psychiatrist.

I believe there are such things as psychosis, religious hysteria, schitzophrenia, mass hynosis . . . epilepsy . . .
So no. I don't believe in demonic possession but feel sorry for those who do.
