- The secret to your Flattest Abs Ever
The secret to your flattest Abs ever - Keep the contraction constant while doing crunches. "When you lower your back and head to the floor between each move, you rely on your hip flexors or upper back, rather than your abs, to bring your body back up. Making the movement small and tight keeps abdominal muscles active, which maximizes the burn, and your results." - David Kirsch, founder of The Madison Square Club in New York City and author of The Ultimate New York Body Plan.

Hi,
Getting 6 pack abs is a matter of low fat percentage and proper exercise.
1. Watch your diet - cut out soft drinks, sugar, artificial sweeteners, and reduce alcohol
2. Weight training - do intense complete body workouts and forget about crunches, their for beginners.
3. Do interval cardio training to get the heart pumping and burn more fat.
I learned all about this from http://TruthAboutGreatAbs.com
Don't take any drugs, you can do without

'ripped abs' come from intense slow core strenghtening combined with slow quality crunches. Doing 150 crunches a day is over zealous! Try slowing down your crunches and hold them too. Yoga and pilates really strenghten and work your abs - for more tips....visit the PTs at: www.healthyfitfinancial.com

yes, eat less fat, and crunch, crunch, and keep crunching. You might want to use the ball to do some stomach exer.'s, it works well. I would also do pilates, and yoga.
