'ripped abs' come from intense slow core strenghtening combined with slow quality crunches. Doing 150 crunches a day is over zealous! Try slowing down your crunches and hold them too. yes, eat less fat, and crunch, crunch, and keep crunching. You might want to use the ball to do some stomach exer.'s, it works well. I would also do pilates, and yoga.

do sit ups or crunches do a lot of excersise that works out ur stomach
