he has you in his heart and his soul. you have made a big impact on this person and he caries a piece of you every where he goes. since he is your ex, and you have been told he has you in his gut, maybe you should think of """forgiving him""" and being his girlfriend and not his ex anymore(something to think about if he is also in YOUR heart as well). or if he ever meant anything to you, be his 'friend', and if there blossoms more,,,, go for it.

He loves you, he feels you. Hopefully it is a good feeling and not a feeling of explosive diarahhia. He feels your deep down, down to the core of his gut (better than his butt!)
