See a doctor before you see ghosts.

This used to happen to me too.
I think its your nerves under attack, just like mine were.
All kinds of weird things used to happen. Don't be surprised if you have very vivid dreams or see things that you know are not really there. Also, you may catch yourself getting really ticked off over no reason. No one will be around you or even talked to you and you find yourself ticked off or aggrivated or upset for no real apparent reason.
This all will go away will new symptoms appearing it its place. I finally went to see a back specialist and I got shots in my lower spinal cord to calm down my nerves. So far its working. If you have any kind of back problems, you may want to talk to you your doctor about it and see if maybe that can be the root of some of your nerve problems.

Sleep in a different bed, in a different house. If the effect is the same, then you need to go to the doctor and tell him what has been happening.

If the effect is not the same, then perhaps you need to change your residence.

Whatever happens, you should really pray to the Lord for help and guidance.

Go with God.

Sometimes when people are trying to go to sleep their body jumps but shaking I haven't heard of too much. Maybe you need more sleep.

You mention other weird health problems....

Could it be a side effect of a medication you are taking?

Have you been using any non-prescribed medications/remedies?

Have you been using "recreational" substances????

See a Dr, this is NOT normal!
