it's 2 ear piercings linked by a bar - so for example 2 cartilage piercings (one on the top, one on the side of your ear) with a single bar going through and connecting both holes
you can get industrial piercings pretty much between any part of the ear - it needs to be done professionally as it can cause problems if the holes don't line up properly, such as rejection, scarring etc by pressure from the bar
