Is Sun TV available on Tata Sky?

As of now, Sun TV is not telecast through Tata Sky. Tata filed a case against Sun TV for this. Recently, Tata won the case and Sun Network has agreed to telecast its channels through Tata Sky. But the caveat is that, since Sun TV is trying to establish its own DTH, the transmission would happen only after Sun TV establishes its DTH.
