nuts are actually essential fatty acids (EFA-Omega 6)(good fat) and WILL NOT STORE as body fat. It will promote the loss of body fat, nourish healthy hair & skin, lowers both bad cholesterol & blood pressure benefiting heart health and supports healthy brain function. anyways...id say take 1/4 cup of raw almonds, walnuts, pumpkin & sunflower seeds as part of a meal is enough (;D

~enjoy those nuts you chipmunk!

I eat a handful or two each time, can be daily. I can eat as much peanuts (non oily type) as I want and not put on weight.

It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.

Details such as my experience, meals, snacks, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc,

no less than 20% of your daily cals should come from healthy fats. when you eat them isn't as important as consuming them on a regular basis is. you can eat them as part of a meal, in between meals as part of a snack or later at night.
