The only book Muslims follow is the holy Quran.
They also follow hadith and sunnah, but those aren't officially books.
Just google the terms, or use wikipedia, and you can get some more general information. (Be careful with the accuracy of sources... many could be biased, so use multiple sources to verify the info.)

QURAN above all (God's infallible word)
hadith (traditions of the prophet Muhamad pbuh written down by his companions and compiled 200 yrs after his death)...You must be careful in following the hadith. If it goes against the Quran then it is not true.
Btw: It's always good to have a Bible and Torah for comparative study =D
Peace and good luck =)

some Muslims attempt to declare that Islam is real via the theory that Muhammad became into envisioned back via the Bible. it incredibly is a terrible thank you to tutor the authenticity of the religion, incredibly. That being suggested, maximum Muslim pupils attempt to tutor the authenticity of Islam without help from the Biblical prophecies. the reason? the comparable you stated, Muslims have self assurance Bible is a corrupt e book.

The Most Important book in Islam (you can say it's equivelant to the Bible for Christianity) is The Quran. You can read a translation of it here :
http://www.sacred-texts.com/isl/quran/index.htm
-------------------------------------
The Hadith (either -- Sahih Bukhari or Sahih Muslim) are secondary to the Quran. They report the actions and sayings of the Prophet (pbuh) in his everyday life, you can check out a translation of each of these books here :

You can check out Islamic websites if you need a brief Review of the Basic beliefs and such, here's a good one :
