no need to drink it like that. all you really need to do is consume 1 tablespoon after each high carb meal. the vinegar reduces the glycemic effect of a high carb meal which reduces the amount of insulin that is secreted. insulin is basically a storage hormone, it helps the body to metabolize nutrients and store the excess.

You might as well save your taste buds and just take a diarretic. They do the same thing. Or, you could be healthy,eat properly and excersise. If you want something bad enough you're going to have to work for it. You're not going to healthfully lose weight by drinking that sorry excuse of a diet. You'll wind up gaining more weight in the end. You and your mother should look into seeing a local nutritionist together. It would be a great way to bond and a healthy choice.

Its not the way to lose weight!
You can only lose weight by fallowing diet every day of your life and i highly doubt you will be willing to drink vinegar for the rest of your life.
Scientifically - it can damage your stomach- it has no effect on fat cells.
