Is it possible? Do you think we could ever (realistically) come to terms and acknowledge that we worship God and will strive to do good?

And even if u are atheist then couldn't we share our interests in saving the environment/fighting evil factory farms and allowing for freedom of expression?

I mean, we would all have to make some compromises (not at the price of our religions of course) but just enough to where everyone is satisifed.

I don't know but if that is even remotely achievable then I'll be the first to sign whatever contract needs to be signed.

Impossible. Although all faiths say that there is "one god" the real idea behind a faith is that all of humanity should be a part of that particular faith. Example: Christians must accept and believe that Jesus is the son of God and believe in the holy trinity, the father the son and the holy ghost. Whereas Muslims must accept and believe that there is only one god and his name is allah and that mohamed is his messenger. Clearly, one cannot believe in both. If you believe that Jesus is the son of God then you clealy do not believe in Christianity. At the same time, both religions which claim to be the truth both cannot be right because there is no same ground.

Each religion thinks that it is right, if you follow it you are right and if you do not you are a "non believer" or an "infedel". Even if religions come together for a march or some special event they are still divided in their beliefs even if they "both" believe in peace. Peace is only peace if one live as a Muslim OR peace is only peace is one lives his/her life as a Chsritian.

Religion doesn't kill people, People kill people.

The coexistence of people of differing religious/spiritual affiliations is very commonplace. The small percentage of incidents/events where interactions between differing religious/spiritual affiliations typically receives more attention. BTW, religious-based conflict almost always has politically motivations verses religious.

Peace:)
