Have any of you had problems drinking energy drinks?

I like a few of them , But the best one I've tried is the Arizona .... Extreme Energy drink .... (the low-cal one does have an aftertaste) , The regular drink gave me that little extra booste ya need now & then , without the aftertaste , and jitteryness some of the other brands have .... TRY ONE !!!!

Energy drinks are marketing ploys. It is just concentrated caffeine and sugar in a small amount of fluid. But people will pay three dollars or more for it. Any time you take in excessive amounts of a stimulant it is not good for you.

If I could, I would get married to a can of Nos. And when Nos has spent all my money and ruined my life, I would spend all my remaining money on cheap, low-carb Monster. But 5 years after my divorce from Nos, I would find a new relationship with a nice, little can of Red Bull. Red Bull would eventually begin to bore me, and I would find love again with Nos. But right when I decide to start a relationship with Nos again, it would turn out Nos has been cheating on me with Rockstar. And then I would O.D. on caffeine and die.

I like them because they help get my day started. The only bad thing is they go right through me, if you know what I mean so I can't drink them if I'm on the road.

After 12 pm, I recommend Scotch; before 12 pm I recommend box wine or Scotch and milk.

I don't think they will hurt you if you don't drink too much. Like anything else, moderation is the key.
