you will not lose fat by not eating - you can only lose water weight and muscle and slow down your metabolism doing that and then gain it all back (or even more) when you start eating again.
since we cant spot reduce body fat the only way to lose your belly fat is by lowering body fat percentage which you achieve by healthy diet and exercise
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), weight training a few days a week but never work on the same muscle group two days in a row (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

If your only 13, most of the weight will be dispursed as you grow, you see lots of younger kids who are a little chubby and by the time they are 16 they grow into there bodies and look perfect.
You should not be worrying about your weight when you are only 13.
If you have to do something about it, make sure you eat alot of fruit and vegies and try to only drink water, soft drinks and cordial can make it harder of you to reach your goal.
Make sure you exercise a little everyday and have fun while your doing it, play sports with your friends and burn fat while your doing it.
Being 13 is all about having fun not worrying about what size clothes you are.
You dont want to get to worried about your weight as you dont want to become anorexic and get sick.
Enjoy life and just make sure you eat healthy and excerise, if you get to 16 and still have a problem, maybe then you can consider a diet.

Honey, you are only 13! You're little body has not stopped developing yet! So don't worry about loosing weight for NOBODY!!
i will advise you, however, to be active. Play sports, join clubs, whatever to keep your heart pumping.
Also, do not eat alot of fast food...it's disgusting, greasy and toxic to put in you're body!
