Yup you read it right.
That is insane. If men aren't "strong" enough that's thier problem.
In ancient Greece women were not allowed to even look at men before battle because it would make them weak.

Well dear it is true. Beautiful hair with a nice face makes her more beautiful. That's why a lot of Christian women wear there hair up and let it down rarely.

Remember little house on the prairie, same thing. rarely down.

You know you got mad at guys for lusting about your hair or whatever but actually it is you that is enticing the guys and then you get mad. Don't you see, if you tease, you get the response. In biblical terms it is called being a source of stumbling.

It is just like walking around with exposed cleavage or whatever and then you expect them to not look nor want them to hit on you?! Nonsensical, dear.

I don't know the answer to this. I agree it's just hair. My husband prefers my hair to be long, so I have long hair. I guess lust may be his reason for liking long hair. I think men have a weakness for a woman who has long hair, but not the other way around.

Did you see that Sally Fields movie about when she was married to a Muslim and went to Iran to live? They would say to her, " It's like a thousand daggers in our hearts for each strand of hair we see." That's how nuts they are. LOL

I like women's hair. Well, some of them. The women who have beautiful hair are attractive, sometimes until they turn around.

ANYWAY, I don't have anything against hair, but in the sanctuary of the church, it is a reason for men to think dirty thoughts while at the same time listening to the days message.

I think that Paul was right about women covering their hair when in the 'church', but that's just me.

womens hair has often been used as an example of her sexuality and sensuality. men fear the lust that atracts them to women because they know how easaly they can be lead around by ther dangly bitts. and a womans hair is a sign of that lust.

because it empowers you, does not mean that it makes others weaker. hair in general is powerful. it tells people a lot about you a nd your lifestyle. and in magic it is very strong as a binding agent.
