Lets be real here women mature faster then men. If your a mature 21 yr old I doubt you'd want to be around a 21 yr old guy who still acts crazy. I never dated men my age infact the guy Im married to now is the ONLY guy my age I dated. When I was 26-27 I dated a man that was 41! When I was 18 I was dating a guy that was 21. When I was 33 I dated a guy that was 45. Its not uncommon as long as your happy he treats you well gives you respect love and attention and you have things in common (other then the sex) it doesnt matter

An older man is the only way to go... i'm 18 and dated a 29 year old when i was 16-17 and it was the most amazing experience intellectually and sexually. I didn't realize, but i'd been dating boys up until then clueless about pleasing me and taking care of me. He moved away on a job, but he left behind this super-independent super-sexual being that will never be the same again... and thats a good thing! Now i'm with a younger man (22) who had actually learned many of the same things from an older woman, so he and i are like fire together!

Well 35 is probably a bit too much older.. what are the circumstances? I am 22, was seeing a guy who is 32... I knew him for a couple of yrs then we became more involved, but I think it's kinda rare for such a big age difference to work. Is he divorced? What kind of baggage/issues does he have? If he hasn't been married already then by 35 there might be some reason why (trust issues, etc that doesn't bode well for you). It can work but you just have to keep your eyes wide open.

Ok. You go for guys older than I do (age difference, I mean). I'm not saying that's a bad thing at all. Men and women mature very differently. I would expect that you are beyond your years. Men your own age seem childish to you. You connect on a much stronger level with men who are older than you. I know I do. If you and the men you get involved with are comfortable with the age difference, there's no worries. Just enjoy what you have. =)

"The rose that has aged and weathered the wrath of the storm has proven itself wheras a rose blossom that has only recently blossomed has yet to prove itself." Older men have experience not just in relationships but life in general. Thus its a usually less hassle free dating experience. Other mixed views abound. Best not to let this get to you for in the end age is not a factor of critical concern. Hope this helps. Rocket D Out.

Probably that you are more mature for someone your age and get better along with someone older. It could be that you have a father figure thing going on, or it could be that you hate the idiocy of 21 year old guys. Whatever it is, it doesn't really matter. Date who you want, you're an adult.
And he's one lucky b@st@rd!

Because most older guys are smooth and know how to handle a woman. They know that the dollar menu is not considered an appropiate menu for a date. I love older men and am 21years old as well.

If he makes you happy and he treats you well then the age shouldn't be an issue. Not to me at least.
