i eat 1500 calories a day.
i play dance dance revolution for 15 - 20 minutes.
and next week im going to start walking everyday for 30 minutes.
i will also run for about 20 minutes around the park once a week.

is this how you burn/lose body fat/inches? if yes..how much will it take me to lose it?

you need to do a little more cardio to lose fat - 4-6 times a week for average of 45min
caloric intake seems reasonable - i dont know your stats though
eat 5-6 small meals a day
5-8 veggies and fruit a day
at least 8 glasses of water a day
its healthy to lose 1-2lbs a week - if you lose more its most likely just water weight and muscle which means slower metabolism and big chance of gaining it all back

FIrst you need to know how much calories you need to consume a day. Use this formula to find that out.
655 + (4.3 x weight in pounds) + (4.7 x height in inches) - (4.7 x age in years)
To loose 1lb a week just from eating you should eat 500 less calories a day than what you got from the formula. Your exercise plan looks good. And it depends how much fat you want to loose. But you shouldn't loose more than 2lb a week.
