I've been vomiting, have a cough, and feel generally ache for the past 4 days. I'm nauseous from when I wake up and go to sleep, no medicine seems to be helping it. My daughter is also sick, but our symptoms are no where near each other. I've taken a pregnancy test and that was negative so that throws that idea out of the window. I dont know how much more of this sickness I can take and since I don't have a fever I'm not sure its a virus and since doctors usually let stomach bugs run there course I'm at a loss of what to do.

No Diarrhea isn't a problem. And I'm able to keep down small amounts of water but not much.

Go to the doctor. Could be pregnancy, a false negative on the home test, or some sort of food poisoning. My cousin had salmonella poisoning and morning sickness. That was how she found out she was pregnant. Always better to be safe. Good luck, hope you're feeling better soon.

If you are getting sick all the time, can you keep down liquids? You don't want to get dehydrated. If you cannot keep liquids down you do need to go to the hospital so they can give you an IV. Just eat small portions, try crackers and soda. Sometimes soda helps with the neauseousness.

See a Dr.

Food poisoning or a virus should have resolved by now.

You don't mention if diarrhoea is also a problem?
