For hard drinks, one shot of straight or a glass of a mixed drink (this gets confusing: it could be a zombie glass, an aperitif glass, a low-ball glass or a chanpagne glass).

For wine, a 6-oz glass.

beer can be as little as 7-oz and as large as 40-oz (but i feel that is akin to three beers)

i do no longer know what the scientific learn say, yet can wager greater suitable than one drink is in basic terms too a lot, exceptionally in case you smoke or get out interior the solar somewhat. Combining those 3 multiplies the end results of a single one. Alcohol itself is dehydrating that's undesirable for the floor.
