Dont drink cokes, Eat healthier (obviously) and eat 5-6 small meals a day spread out about 2-3 hours instead of 3 big meals. This will help increase your metabolism. But I advise walking or riding your bike a little bit. Even just for 30 minutes itll increase ur metabolism. Good luck bro

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

You have to exercise to not only lose weight but to tone as you do lose the weight.. If you just lose from a diet then your excess skin will sag and eventually you will gain back all the weight with more. I don't exactly believe in diets but to eat right and exercise.

Easy?

If there were an easy way you wouldn't have to ask.

Drop the junk food, (fried and refined sugars), drop sodas; eat plenty but healthy (proteins, fruits and vegetables) don't starve yourself. Drink enough water. And yes you need to do some kind of exercise even if you hate the idea, no-one ask you to run a marathon but even walking can make a great difference.

Other than surgery. No.

Exercise is so much easier, safer and better for you. Walking, Lifting weights, bending and stretching. I would say that is pretty easy to do. You don't have to do it everyday, try doing every other day. Try it, you will be all the better for it.

Have a good night.

Taking in about 500 less calories a day than you use. If you take in 1700 cals a day and gain then lessen it by 500 cals a day. If you begin to lose you figured it out. Eventually to really get a thin body you will need to incorporate some exercise, but you may be surprised to find out you only need about 30 mins three times a week.

Basically, you have to "move" if you want to lose weight. You cant be the couch potato. But if you dont like exercising (just like I am), try this one:

1. Eat anything you like, moderately, not excessively.
2. Eat only in normal times (Bfast-Lunch-Dinner), and snack times in between but, remember: moderately.
3. If you feel like eating outside the normal times, ask yourself : Why? Am I really hungry? Or I just want to binge? If you are not really hungry, disicpline yourself by not succumb to your desire to eat.
4. Try to move your body more in daily basis. Do whatever you like (dancing, walking, cycling, cleaning the bathroom etc), and move as long as you want, even if it's 5 minutes only.
5. after a week, increase your body movement. Make it 10 minutes instead of 5 minutes. Then increases it again each week by 5 minutes or even more as you become more adaptable to move your body.
6. Do not weight youself before 3 months have passed since the day you do step 1 to step 5.
7. after 3 months have passed, learn to eat healthy food rather than whatever you like or want.
8. Good luck and enjoy yourself now.

Well, you will automatically lose weight reducing your calorie intake, but if you detox and cut the breads, carbs and dairy (detox takes this stuff out) you will lose mega weight. I did the simploss 28 program - it cost $50 - but I lost 20 lbs in the month. Exercising will help more weight come off and tone you up too. see it at: www.healthyfitfinancial.com
