Digestibility is the key to dog's food.
Animal protiens comes first, followed by cooked eggs, next raw vegetables and fruits, and last comes grains. In grains, brown rice is the easiest digetible. Fish oils help the skin.

Here is what you can do, Feed 1/2 cup chicken + 1/2 cup brown rice + 1 egg + raw chopped carrots+ green veggies This can make a meal. Give cheese, yogurt, cod liver oil tablets every often. Also since you are giving home food, add Veerol + Shellcall syrups, which will ensure Calcium and Multi vitamins.

Food to avoid are wheat, wheat barn, corn, soyabean.
Red meats can cause allergies, but a big bone once in a while will help your dog with his natural tendencies

Alternatively a cheaper and yet good dog food is Supra, from Nutripet which you can try, 315 per 4 kg bag which can save a lot of trouble of cooking this day in day out. Alternatively you can give home food + dog food

As someone else noted, a dog's nutrition can be very complicated...even more so than for a human. Unless you have a lot of knowledge in the area, which you have indicated that you do not, you should not attempt to make homemade dog food. Look for a good, quality dog food that fits your budget. Watch for coupons online and in the paper, but don't risk the health of your puppy. Aside from being unfair to the pup, it may cost you a lot more in vet bills later.

Hi!
Feeding a home cooked diet to a dog is risky unless you have a ton of knowledge in this area. By the time you pay for all of this, you really could afford to feed some of the best pet foods on the market! Your puppy is in his developmental stages and will pay the price later if you shortcut his nutrition now.

I can tell by your name you are expecting a baby in December, right? If you can't afford to feed a dog how are you going to feed a baby? Why would you get an animal that you can not afford? It is necessary for a puppy to have a proper diet because it is growing. Lack of certain nutrients to an animal can cause serious health problems and even stunt the growth of the animal. Give the dog to a shelter or someone who can afford an animal. Sorry for being so blunt.

there are so many risky things about feeding home cooked meals to pups. lab puppies need to get the right amount of calcium, vitamins and minerals to aid in there development. if they dont it can lead to alot of problems and discomfort in the next few yaers of his life. pls if you mant to feed a home cooked meal contact your local vet and they can possibily give you a diet that consists of everything he needs but truthfully your probobly better of money wise to by puppy food

it may actually cost less to purchase a good dog food. also, a dog must have a proper diet in order to be healthy. unless you are very knowledgable in these matters, i'd go out and price the brands on the market.
