ive been going through a few list of confectionary oven. but some states only for reheating.. basic roasting, and not baking. how do i know an oven can do all that? need to bake (pastries, cakes, etc) and cook (roast) in em..
clueless! help!

well what i would do is go to my local home improvement store(lowes, home depot).....measure the space that you are going to put your stove how wide, tall (if next to counter-counter height) and talk to the rep in the appliance section and tell them what you want your stove to do and not do. i just bought one at tax time and we got a ceramic cook-top. it works very well for baking. hope this helps. because it is hard to find the right one on the internet plus you can some ideas to compare and figure out a budget.

go to the store and ask an employee to help you pick one.
Lowe's, best buy, sears etc... employees are trained on the appliances they sell to better serve the customers
