Saying the Rosary is very easy. Look at the Rosary depicted on this link.Begin with the I believe prayer. After the crucifix the first orange bead is the Our Father prayer, then three Hail Marys on the blue beads, then one 'Glory be prayer' . Announce the first Mystery. Say the 'Our Father' on the orange bead. Then you see the medal of Our Lady.
After that go to the first set of ten blue beads.
. Every ten beads represents one Mystery on which you meditate. Five decades of beads are the five Mysteries of the day. Monday, Thursday for Joyful Mysteries, Tuesday, Friday for Sorrowful Mysteries, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday for Glorious Mysteries. You can pray all fifteen Mysteries everyday if you wish.
Look at the first set of ten beads (a decade). Each blue bead represents a Hail Mary that you say aloud while you meditate on that Mystery. When you are done with the ten Hail Mary prayers , the Glory Be and the Fatima prayer announce the next Mystery. Go to the next orange bead which is a "Our Father' prayer and the set of ten blue beads ( ten Hail Marys) .Pray the Hail Mary prayer aloud and at the same time meditate on the Mystery corresponding to that set of ten beads. It will be difficult for a while till you get used to it. The Mysteries are also given in this link. After the Glory Be prayer at the end of the decade say the Fatima prayer ' O My Jesus forgive us our sins . Save us from the fires of hell . Lead all souls to heaven specially those who are most in need of thy mercy'. Then go to the next orange bead which is 'Our Father' and beginning of the next Mystery.
Do you find it difficult to meditate on the Mystery while saying the Hail Mary prayers at the same time? Maybe you could read a bit about that Mystery from a spiritual book or the Bible before you begin the Mystery. Or look at the picture connected to that Mystery as you pray. It will help you to focus on the meditating of that Mystery .
For example, today is Thursday. You are praying the Joyful Mysteries. The first is the Anunciation. As you say the vocal prayers (Our Father, ten Hail Marys and Glory Be) think about Our Lady and how the angel appeared to Her. How sweet was Her submission to God's Holy Will, how prompt was Her answer. It was the great moment when God became Man. We must imitate Her submission, humility and Her virtues. When you are done say the Fatima prayer. Ask Our Blessed Mother for all the graces attached to that Mystery. Now go to the next Mystery. So on and so forth.
Here is another illustration of what each bead represents in the Holy Rosary:

The "mysteries" are events from the life of Christ that are assigned to each decade of the rosary. You meditate on that particular "mystery" while you pray that decade.

The Rosary is steeped In ancient Pagan Religions. Much like the Idols people Pray to in Churches Today, the Rosary cannot Help anyone. There is Not a Single Verse In the Bible of Jesus walking around with a Rosary, let alone Counting it.
